In Unikum, students, educators, and guardians work together to document before and during development discussions, assign plans, create learning log entries, write assessments, and make evaluations. To track all of this activity, notifications are generated when important events occur in Unikum. Unikum tries to intelligently determine which individuals should receive notifications, ensuring that the notifications are relevant to your specific role. Students should receive notifications when their mentor writes in the discussion plan, and parents should receive notifications when a new learning log entry is created, and so on.
Why am I not receiving notifications in my email?
Notifications are visible directly in Unikum on your own homepage. Every night, Unikum gathers all the notifications related to you and sends them in an email. If you have provided your email address and selected the option to receive notifications via email in your settings, you should receive an email whenever you have unattended notifications.

Note! If you have already received a notification, for example, about someone documenting in a discussion plan, you will not receive new notifications about the same plan until you click on the old notifications to mark them as read. And if you have already read the notification within Unikum, no email will be sent about that notification since it is unnecessary.
