Article for Guardians
As a guardian, you can send messages to the staff regarding your child via Unikum Family. This message will be visible to all staff members associated with the child, and the mentor will also receive it in their own inbox. You can choose whether the message should be visible to the child or not.
Create Message
- Go to your messages
- Press Create message
- Select the child in question
- Write your message and press next
- Choose whether the message should be visible to the child or not
- Send
Before sending the message, you can see who will receive a notification about the message. If there is no mentor linked to your child, no staff member will receive a specific notification, and there is a risk that the message will be missed. Please speak with the staff at your child's school regarding mentor connections. |
If a mentor or other staff members responds to the message by commenting on it, you will receive a push notification (requires allowing notifications in the app and on the phone).
