Assessment Support Overview – Unit
In all school forms except preschool, you can view overviews of assigned assessment supports by going to a unit, clicking on Knowledge and then the Assessment Support tab. In preschool, you find the same view under Planning > Assessment Support. You need to have the role of administrator or observer to see the overview at the unit level.
The assessment support matrices are always hidden from students and guardians, unlike the green learning matrices.
Here you will find the assessment supports that are marked as favorites either at the unit or municipality/organisation level.
For assessment supports marked as favorites at the municipality/organisation level, the school form is taken into account. For compulsory school, leisure-time centers and adapted compulsory schools are also shown if there are groups with that school form at the school. For upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school is also shown. If you want to see assessment supports for other school forms, they can be marked as school favorites in the school bank. Here you can see a summary of how the students’ assessment supports are filled in.
The Current Status column shows a summary of how the students’ matrices are filled in. Only students in the year groups the assessment support is intended for are included in the summary. For example, an assessment support for years 1–3 shows results from all students in years 1, 2, and 3. The percentages show the distribution of the number of clicks in each column.
The next two columns show the number of students who both have the assessment support assigned and are in the year group it applies to, as well as the total number of students in that year group.
Assessment Support Overview – Group
In all school forms except preschool, you can view overviews of assigned assessment supports by going to a group, clicking on Knowledge and then the Assessment Support tab. In preschool, you find the same view under Planning > Assessment Support.
This page shows an overview of assigned assessment supports in the group. Here you can see a summary of how the students’ assessment supports are filled in.
How to Interpret the Table:
Assigned Students
When you click into an assessment support, the Assigned Students tab appears. This page shows a summary of how the assessment support is filled in for each student. The percentages summarize the number of completed cells in each column.
You can expand rows for each student and fill in the assessment support directly for several students at the same time.
Overview
Here you can see a summary of how the assessment support is filled in. The number of students and the percentage in each cell show how many students have that cell filled in, and the percentage is based on the total number of students who have the assessment support assigned.
If you check “Show content in matrix,” the matrix expands, and any descriptions in each cell are displayed.
At the bottom of the table, you will see a summary of all registered clicks in the matrix compared with the maximum possible number of clicks. If all students had a registered value in each column, the total would be 100%.
